Senior Nurse (Nights)
Downham Market
Up to £24 per hour

I am looking for an experienced Senior Nurse to lead the night shifts in a superb purpose-built home which provides accommodation in a peaceful environment for those in need of residential, nursing and dementia care. The home has been designed and built to a high standard with its residents' needs in mind.

The home offers extra wide corridors, six spacious and comfortable lounge/dining rooms and family-sized group living areas.

In this role you will:

• Assist the Home Manager in overseeing the nightly operations of the home.
• Be part of a strong management team, working closely with nurses and carers to provide a consistent service delivery that meets the needs of residents
• Focus on making sure the best nursing and clinical care provisions for
• Actively contribute to clinical delivery

This role could be for you if you have;

• An active NMC nursing pin (RGN or RMN)
• Previous experience in a Senior Nursing role
• A good working knowledge of CQC standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Diplomacy and objectivity when dealing with patients and staff
• Great clinical skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• A commitment to delivering resident-focused care
