Join Our Team as a Parts Call Handler at SMT GB Duxford!
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in the construction equipment industry?
SMT GB Duxford is seeking a dedicated Parts Call Handler to join our Central Parts Team. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for managing inbound requests via phone and email from both internal and external customers for Volvo construction equipment parts.

Skills/Experience required:
We're looking for individuals with experience in parts or service backgrounds, strong customer service skills, effective communication and negotiation abilities, and a proactive, structured approach to work. DMS/ERP systems experience would be an advantage.
