School Capital  Project Manager
3-6 month interim contract
Inside IR35 – £400 per day
5 days a week – hybrid – 1 day on site
South Coast, Local Authority

Are you an experienced Project Manager? Do you have a strong background of School Capital? Due to internal movement this local authority is looking for a School Capital Project Manager to carry out a number of projects to support the service through a restructure.

Your duties as School Capital Project Manager:

• To initiate, plan and manage the delivery of projects and initiatives, prioritising the councils needs
• Overall ownership of the project budget and delivering within this budget
• To ensure projects contribute to achievement of relevant programme outcomes and benefits

Experience needed as School Capital Project Manager:

• Have a track record of delivering service improvements and reducing service costs
• To have managed projects in accordance with service level agreements and/or customer service standards
• Experience of planning and managing school capital projects in the built environment
