Job description

Solicitor (Property) needed in Nuneaton, £20.85ph  PAYE - Reference: 5241995

• To provide comprehensive planning advise and support to the Client providing advise and assistance on non-contentious matters generally, with a particular emphasis on Property matters, including:

- Providing advice and assistance in respect of property transactions
- Acquisitions and disposals of land and property, both freehold and leasehold
- Drafting document relating to Property matters
- Advising and assisting on legal agreements and property transactions
- Drafting and Advising on Leases

• Attendance at evening and other out of hours meetings as required, including committee meetings, and the drafting of reports for and the oversight of work arising from such meetings.
• Assist the Head of Legal Services in connection with the management of the Legal Services Team and the production and delivery of the teams Business Development Plan.
• Deputise for the Head of Legal Services at any meeting or other activity when requested to do so or if the Head of Legal Services is otherwise unavailable.

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis
