- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of the overall property management strategy, aligning it with the company's growth objectives.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, financial reporting, and cost control for the property management division, ensuring optimal financial performance.
- Client Expansion: Identify opportunities for business development and expansion within existing client portfolios, driving revenue growth.

Qualifications and Skills:
- MRICS or equivalent professional qualification.
