Main Duties: This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Advisor with a full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent). Join one of the UK’s most recognized estate agency brands, working from a vibrant office in St. Neots, Cambridgeshire. Your role will involve:

• Collaborating with introducers to contact existing clients for mortgage and protection policy reviews.
• Handling fresh leads daily in a busy estate agency, averaging over 60 property sales monthly.
• Providing whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice.
• Working with a team of negotiators to deliver regulated advice on mortgages and protection products.
• Utilizing fresh leads and the company’s existing client database.
• Aiming for 8 first appointments each week and writing 2 mortgages with an average case size of £2,500, including the broker, proc fee, and life insurance.

Key Skills: To excel in this role, you should have:

• A full CeMAP qualification or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor.
• In-depth knowledge of mortgages and various products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
