Hire Resolve, a leading recruitment agency, is currently seeking a talented Logistics Coordinator to join our client's dynamic team. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the logistics and supply chain operations to ensure the efficient movement of goods. You will work closely with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to coordinate shipments, monitor inventory levels, and optimize logistics processes. Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage logistics operations, including shipment scheduling, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Collaborate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and minimize carrying costs
- Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Manage relationships with logistics service providers and negotiate favorable terms and rates
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles and practices
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Professional certifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus
