Our client is a huge leader in their field and are seeking to grow their team due to expansion – they need to take on an additional Administration Executive to join their team and help develop the business efficiently.

A keen interest in Health & Nutritionis required.

Key Responsibilities

• To log, investigate and resolve consumer and customer enquiries
• Providing organised administrative support to a team
• Updating company database
• To process export orders, send acknowledgements to customers and follow-up if necessary
• Manage email and written correspondence with clients

Excellent, positive telephone manner
Computer Literate
Customer liaison and management
Good organisation and time management
