 About Our Client 
 My client is a growing business based near Eastleigh. 
 Job Description 
 As the HR Administrator you will be responsible for: 
-  Providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support to the central HR team. 
 -  Processing documentation and preparing reports relating to HR activities. 
 -  Supporting all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests. 
 -  Answer phone calls and emails and redirect them when necessary. 
 -  Arrange and service meetings as requested. 
 -  Manage and facilitate meetings and appointments. 
 -  Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports. 
 -  Undertake research and data gathering for HR projects. 
 -  Participate in HR projects 
 
 The Successful Applicant 
 In order to be considered for the role you will: 
-  Ideally have experience within HR or within a varied administrative role with a keen interest in HR 
 -  Be well organised and happy to assist seniors with tasks as required 
 -  Have great IT skills to be able to work between different systems and provide strong administrative support 
 -  Be able to work in the office full time
