Adecco Public Sector are proud to be working in partnership with a customer centric and proactive housing provider to recruit a People Business Partner on a permanent basis.

Location: South East London

Full time, hybrid working available (2 days per week in the office)

Salary: circa 58,000

This is a truly exciting opportunity to support the Strategic Partner to deliver a high level of People business support including building strategic leadership capabilities, assessing effectiveness within the business area, and support delivery and embedding of change.

You will be instrumental in operationally delivering change processes including restructure, redundancy, and TUPE, as well as supporting with local transformation projects.

As the People Consultant you will analyse data and put forward recommendations, evaluate and review success and failures to be able to feedback to key stakeholders across the business.

The successful incumbent will support the Strategic Partner to build and facilitate effective working relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation and champion strategic business partnering to add value, drive business objectives and enhance organisational effectiveness.

You will also support in delivering local people plans and act as a trusted advisor to provide advice and coach senior leaders regarding all people related matters.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrable experience working in a people business partnering environment and have up to date working knowledge of current employment legislation, policies, and practices.
• Previous experience and knowledge to support and deliver managing change projects and TUPE transfers.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise deadlines in a changing environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to develop effective relationships and influence as necessary.
• Ability to analyse and interpret findings into clear concise reports and presentations which meet the needs of the audience and focuses on business impact.
• MCIPD qualified or willing to work towards this, degree, or equivalent experience.
