Job Title:  Recruitment Consultant / Adviser

Location:  County Durham - Centre based

Salary:  up to £35,000 (Depending on skills and experience)

Package:  Excellent Holiday Entitlement, Pension + Much More!

Type:  Full Time, Permanent

 
KM have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and engaging individual, who is looking to support the wider community and lower unemployment rates.

The successful candidate will have prior experience of working within a B2B sales / account management OR business development role.

The Role:

• Proactively engage with local employers to source employment opportunities for a caseload of unemployed individuals.
• Work towards and achieve targets and KPI's for job starts / placements.
• Completing all necessary paperwork in line with compliance and quality standards.

Essential Criteria:

• Must have experience of working within a service delivery team.
• Must have experience of working within B2B sales, account management OR business development.
• GCSE English Language at a minimum of a Grade B (or equivalent Level 2 qualification) OR achievement of a Level 2 in Literacy Assessment at interview stage.
• A minimum of 2 A-Levels or an equivalent Level 3 Diploma.
• Full, clean, UK driving licence and access to own vehicle. 
• Must be flexible with travel.
