Job description

A fantastic new opportunity for an Events Manager to join a growing Investment Fund in Central London on a 9-12 month maternity contract. This is an excellent opportunity to add another string to your bow and gain exposure in the finance industry. This exciting role will see you taking ownership of the company’s internal and external event organisation, as well as getting involved in the philanthropy side of the business. You will be working with a lovely team of people, who are ambitious and take great pride in what they do. This is a fixed term maternity contract with permanent potential. They are looking for someone to join them in April, they offer hybrid working and the hours are 9am-6pm.

What you will do:-

You will be an integral member of the team and this is a great opportunity to work with different teams within the company and gain exposure to the company as a whole.

• Organise the end-to-end process of internal and external events
• Managing budgets
• Plan and organise company offsites
• Support with the business' philanthropy initiatives
• Liaise and build relationships with hotels, restaurants and location sites
