An opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Youth and Children’s Ministry Lead to join our staff team at Mowbray Community Church in Harrogate, North Yorkshire.
Mowbray Community Church (MCC) is a grace-based community church in Harrogate, seeking to freely worship God, love one another and serve our neighbours both locally and globally. MCC has been established for over 100 years. Presently we meet in person and online with a combined attendance of @300 regular attendees.
MCC is an active community church of all ages with a vibrant children’s, youth and young adult’s ministry, outreach to toddlers and parents, over 55’s group, host to CAP debt centre, Foodbank and other community outreach activities.
We are looking for someone who will lead, oversee and continue to grow an effective youth and children’s ministry at MCC. They will get to know, encourage and support the dedicated and established team of volunteers, who serve in leadership and support roles both in our Sunday programmes and other youth and children’s events throughout the week.
The successful applicant will recruit, train and support volunteers to further the various youth and children’s ministries within MCC.
