Job description

Key Job Responsibilities
• Providing 1st Line Technical Support to business sector customers
• Ensuring continuity, efficiency and enhancing ICT networks
• maintenance of client network environments
Key Skills
• Qualifications such as Microsoft certification would be highly beneficial towards your application
• Strong knowledge of Client Windows OS platforms, some knowledge of Server OS.
• Excellent problem-solving skill
• Active Directory –setting up profiles and adding users
• Virtualisation - Good understanding of the virtualization concepts
• Networking – Good understanding of the networking stack,TCP/IP and subnetting
• Comfortable with a range of backup products
• Knowledge of mobile devices (iOS, Android) and their integration with Windows networks
• Any experience dealing with Office 365 beneficial.
• Experience with Antivirus
• Strong customer service manner.
