Description:
Sales Account ManagerClintar Landscape Management takes pride in providing consistent, high-quality landscape and snow removal services. As Canada’s largest landscape and snow removal services company, Clintar Landscape Management provides services ranging from landscape maintenance and enhancements to tree care, landscape, and snow removal services for thousands of customers’ properties, including corporate and commercial properties, hospitals, educational institutions, and estate homes etc.We are currently recruiting for a Sales Account Manager that will be responsible for the account management of our Clintar Landscape Management customer accounts. The Sales Account Manager will facilitate the continued growth of our business. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for building and sustaining long-term relationships with our current customers while focusing on and gaining new customers and being customer facing to ensure they receive the highest quality customer service.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:• Responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with our customers and communicates in a timely and professional manner• Manage all aspects of landscape maintenance & snow portfolio, including customer service deals, enhancement sales, and quality and production expectations• Identify new business opportunities by growing and maintaining business relationships with existing & new customers.• Facilitation of end-to-end bidding process post lead sale (Estimating, Proposal Preparation, Bid Submission/Presentation, and Closing) of Landscape Maintenance, Landscape Construction and Snow and Ice Management proposals• Develop and maintain a schedule to perform site walkthroughs during formal meetings with customers to ensure quality and service expectations are met• Lead, facilitate and assist in the resolution of customer problems or concerns• Communicate regularly with the Clintar team to ensure customer needs and expectations are consistently met and exceeded

Requirements:
Education/Experience and Requirements:• Minimum two (2) years of account management experience• Proven strong business development skills to help grow and expand the business• Exceptional customer service acumen with the ability to build strong relationships with clients• G Drivers License (with clean abstract)• Professional Landscape Industry experience is mandatory• High level of integrity and commitment to excellence• Great organizational skills and ability to manage time• Ability to work in a collaborative spirit with team• Experience managing multiple projects and able to multi-task• Excellent oral and written communication skills• Excellent follow up skills and attention to detail• Proficient with computer software programs such as Microsoft Office (word, excel, power point, etc.) & CRM systemCompensation & Benefits:• Competitive Base Salary plus commission (base salary will be based off experience)• Full-time• Paid time off (Vacation)• Benefit package after 3 months of employment (includes, health, dental, vision, ltd, life insurance)• Company Vehicle• Company Phone• Company Tablet• Company Events
