Job description
We're expanding our Transformation team and looking for two experienced Change Managers to join us!
As a Change Manager, you'll work in collaboration with the business to ensure colleagues embrace change, maximizing the benefits of any initiative through increased adoption. You'll conduct change impact analysis, assess and manage key stakeholders, identify potential resistance to change, develop and implement effective communication plans, and create and deliver training and engagement.
With Change Management, we ensure the clear definition of quantified measures to track business benefits post-project delivery. We'll track benefits, including those responsible from the business for project solution and process adoption and benefit tracking and reporting.
The position is based at Junction 41 in Wakefield, just off the M1, with free parking, and offers a flexible, hybrid way of working. However, all colleagues are required to work in the office for a minimum of 2 to 3 days per week, with the expectation of added attendance when needed.

Focusing on the people side of change, produce and oversee the key deliverables for change management including change impact assessments, stakeholder maps, communication and engagement plans, change plans, training plans, training needs analysis training materials and adoption tracking
Create communication and training plans to enable smooth implementation of the project strategy, sharing with relevant stakeholders to gain buy in
Support the design, development, delivery and management of joined up communications and work with the internal comms team to maintain a central view of when various projects and initiatives are impacting stakeholders
Support project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans with measurable critical success factors for the adoption of change
Engage with key stakeholders of change to ensure they are fully supported in the understanding, implications and benefits of the change through the appropriate support mechanisms e.g., online support training materials
Champion and coach leaders in helping them fulfil the role of change sponsor
Provide direct support and coaching to all levels of managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions
Work with the People Development team to ensure training initiatives align with the needs identified in the Change Impact Assessment
Complete change management assessments to measure adoption, sustainability and reinforcement
Experience in change management principles and methodologies
Ability to influence others and achieve common goals
Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships
Great organisation, project and time management skills
Able to build trust and rapport to develop effective relationships, with a focus on key stakeholders
Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences in a variety of styles and media
Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
Customer focused; putting customers at the heart of everything you do

Flexible, able to adapt style to suit a given situation
