Pastoral Manager
Caludon Castle School
Grade 4 £23,893 - £27,334 per annum FTE
(Actual salary £20,733 – £23,719 per annum pro-rata to hours and weeks worked)
Permanent, 37 hours per week
Monday - Thursday 8.00am – 4.00pm
Friday 8.00am – 3.30pm
Term time only plus 1 week (5 teacher training days)
Start date: September 2024

You will manage and support students to ensure that they reach optimum performance both academically and personally. You will be able to demonstrate commitment and understanding in order that every student gets the personal support and challenge they need to progress and reach their full potential.
