English Intervention Tutor Wanted in Loughton
Location: Loughton
Salary: £90 - £140 per day
Start Date: Easter Start
Contract Type: Full Time

Responsibilities:
- Deliver targeted English intervention sessions to secondary school students in Loughton.
- Provide tailored support to pupils to enhance their reading, writing, and comprehension skills.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to identify areas for improvement and develop effective intervention strategies.
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly to ensure maximum impact.
- Inspire and motivate students to overcome challenges and excel in their English studies.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and achievements.
Requirements:
- Qualified teacher status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
- Proven experience in delivering successful English intervention programmes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
- Strong knowledge of the secondary English curriculum.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs.
- Commitment to promoting a positive learning environment and fostering a love of English language and literature.
