Qualifications:
Minimum Level 2 Early Years Educator qualification (or other full and relevant Early Years qualification)
Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation governing childcare (e.g., Safeguarding)
Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Duties:
Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5
Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
Observe and assess children's development, identifying any areas of concern
Collaborate with parents and other staff members to support children's individual needs
Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development
Ensure the nursery is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times
Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of all children

We have year-round nurseries and term time only nurseries within our group. (Salary is pro-rated term-time-only). Full-time and part-time positions available (salary pro-rated for part time).
