Performance and Insights Analyst – Customer Service Centre

One Strawberry Lane, Newcastle upon Tyne

Permanent Full Time (37.5 hpw Monday to Friday)

Salary circa £28,000 pa, with great benefits including Health Cash Plan

Supporting our Customer Service Centre, you will deliver a brilliant customer experience by enhancing the reporting capabilities to deliver impactful data and insights on our performance.

You will also ensure the right balance between resourcing needs and the wellbeing of our colleagues through effective, short- and long-term resource planning. Producing schedules that will allow us to meet the needs of our customers but also creating a great work life balance for our advisors.

Typical day as a Performance and Insights Analyst

• Develop and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports, in a timely and accurate manner, using appropriate reporting tools and software.


• Design visually appealing dashboards and interactive visualisations to effectively communicate complex information in a clear and understandable manner.


• Translating and transitioning existing MI suites onto business accepted BI Tools to establish standardised reporting across multiple platforms.


• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive operational improvements and strategic decision-making.


• Identify areas for process improvement and optimisation in data collection, analysis, and reporting.

You have

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.


• Solid understanding of data visualisation techniques and best practices.


• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.


• Strong communication and presentation skills across all mediums and can tailor information to their audience.

Job details

• Flexible working hours


• This is a hybrid role, and you’ll spend 2 days in the office, 3 days working at home.


• Full time role working Monday to Friday
