DescriptionPeople's Partnership have an exciting opportunity to join our growing team as a Relationship Executive (Acquisition).
This role is a hybrid opportunity with the successful candidate working both at home and in the office.
Main Purpose:
Work as part of Business Development to acquire employers and maximise funds under management by establishing, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships through proactive outbound calling to a panel of intermediaries.
Making outbound calls as the first point of contact from marketing campaigns and website leads from employers and intermediaries, establish business opportunities and to take forwards or triage to the appropriate colleague. Provide support to drive new duty scheme sign up and pension provider switch telephone implementation support to smaller employers where required.
Work together with the field-based team to help support the expansion of The People’s Pension proposition.
Skills & Experience:
Essential
• Educated to GCSE level.
• Demonstrable experience of working in a busy telephony environment ideally in Financial Services.
• Demonstrable experience in the delivery of call coaching.
• Experience of overseeing and working to targets, metrics and identifying measures of success.
• Ability to communicate information confidently and clearly – both written and verbally.
• A team player with the ability to work in a target-orientated environment.
• Pro-active, ‘can-do’ behaviour and co-operative attitude to influence team.
• Ability to think laterally and problem solve.

• Experience of using web chat, screen sharing technology, delivery of webinars and conference calling
