My client based in Kettering is looking for a Band 6 Specialist BMS, for a locum contract starting as soon as possible.

The Role:

• Job Title: Biomedical Scientist
• Band: 6
• Division: H aematology, Coagulation, Blood Transfusion & Morphology
• Location: Kettering General Hospital
• Start Date: 6 Months (Possibility to Extend)
• Working Pattern: 37.5 hrs/week
• Shift Pattern: Core Hours

Requirements:

• HCPC Registered Biomedical Scientist
• UK Lab Experience
• Specialist Qualification (IBMS Portfolio/Blue Book)
• Automated Haem/Coagulation
• Blood Transfusion
• Morphology
• LIMS
• QMS
• Apparatus Experience:
  • Sysmex XN/CS analysers
  • BioRad IH500 analysers
  • Winpath Enterprise
  • Q-Pulse
