Yourwork will directly contribute to enabling UK organisations to decarbonise,supporting Electric Vehicle initiatives which in turn help tackle climatechange through negative emissions.

About the role

As a Charge Point Operations Advisor, you’ll deliverexcellent customer service through the pro-active management of Drax ElectricVehicles assets. Being a reliable point of contact for customers, you’ll ensure queries raised via the multiplecommunication channels are dealt with efficiently.

Day to day, you’llmonitor and maintain customers’ EV charging station network, includingidentifying, managing and resolving faults, and on-boarding newly installed chargestations. You’ll ensure both internal processes and industry requirements areadhered to, including effective Complaint Handling Standards, Data Protectionand other company policies and procedures. As part of the role, you’ll be responsible foridentifying and resolving EV charge station faults and proactively manage ourwhole portfolio of chargers. In addition, you’ll produce accurate and timelyinvoices, build relationships with strategic customers, and work closely withour internal Sales and Installations teams.

Excellent communication skills will be key, establishing effectiveworking partnerships with other departments and colleagues to maximiseoperational performance; challenging the status-quo when necessary. 

About You

There’s a couple of must haves…

You’llhave previous experience working in a customer orientatedenvironment either within the electricity industry or Electric Vehicle chargingitself.

You’ll beable to take ownership and challenge where appropriate whilst working to exceedcustomer expectations. A strong team player, you’ll build effectiverelationships with customers and stakeholders.

And finally, it goes without saying thatyou’ll be confident, thrive in a fast paced, ever-changing environment and be ableto adapt to change. You’ll be an enthusiastic and motivated individual who iscapable of dealing with a wide range of tasks.

Ultimately, you’ll have a real passion for theEV industry/sustainability and put the customer at the forefront of everything!
