What's the role about?
As the Technical Product Owner, you'll take charge of our in-house CRM systems, ensuring they're top-notch and in sync with industry standards.

We need someone with solid commercial Product Owner experience, a knack for Agile processes, and strong problem-solving skills.
What's on your to-do list?
- Lead a scrum team for key CRM systems.
- Manage the product backlog and development activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for system enhancements.
- Work with third-party suppliers on system integration.
- Coordinate support activities within SLA.
Essential Skills:
- Proven Product Owner experience.
- Agile processes expertise.
- Self-organizing and resilient mindset.
- Sharp analytical and communication skills.
- Past experience as a developer or in a technical role.
- Familiarity with CRM Systems like CIAM, CDP, and CEP.
