Job Title: Office administrator
Hourly Rate: £25,000 – £30,000
Contract: Temp – Perm
Location: Hatfield
Hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm

An established and growing property advisers firm based in Hatfield is seeking an Office Administrator to support the daily running of the business and be a part of their successful team on a long-term basis. Someone who is confident and sociable with the ability to stay organised with a varied workload would be highly suitable. SKILLS REQUIRED
·Great organisational skills
·Time management skills
·Great attention to detail
·Adaptable to incoming requests
RESPONSIBILITIES
·Support marketing staff including incoming calls, emails, follow ups and call backs
·Coordination of diaries
·Database management including mailouts [training will be given]
·Website entry [training will be given]
·Extensive use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and some low level excel
·Other general administration duties and responsibilities.
