Overview
Want to work for a prestigious brand in the tech sector? They are looking for an Account Manager with some previous sales experience to maximise revenue from their existing clients.
Salary: £24,000 + commission
The Role
- Retaining, growing & increasing the net value of your client base
- Build first class relationships and maximise your account’s potential
- Deliver weekly reports and forecasts to your line manager
- Ensure the CRM is up to date and accurate at all times
- Ensure your accounts receive the best possible ROI and a world-class user experience
- Meet and exceed daily KPI’s and performance metrics (calls, proposals, meetings etc.)
- Have a complete understanding of the company’s products and services to adequately answer all customers’ queries
- Identify opportunities within the client base for further sales of unseen/tried products
- Anticipate issues that could prevent your clients from re-booking and proactively solve these before your client raises concerns
- Interpret and deliver performance data to clientele
