Job description
We are seeking a talented Product Owner to join Thrive. You will work within the Product Team and collaborate closely with the Delivery Managers and Engineering Squads.

Key responsibilities
- Gathering and analysing business requirements and working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Communicating findings to stakeholders backed up by evidence
- Developing clear and informed problem statements
- Managing feedback from customers
- Drafting user stories, measurement and metrics
- Supporting refinement and estimation
- Supporting the creation of both “how to” documentation and product marketing materials
The ideal candidate will have
- An innovative mindset with the ability to drive learning and deliver value at speed
- Experience writing user stories, and gathering requirements
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Decision-making skills with an emphasis on evidence-based approaches.
- A track record of stakeholder management across all business functions
- Experience working in an agile environment
- A background in the digital learning and development space
