Job description

Mechanical Project Manager required for our client, a well-established Mechanical and Electrical contractor who execute full design, installation, distribution, maintenance, testing and commissioning of all M&E services across Kent, London and Hertfordshire.

They are now looking for an M&E Project Manager to join their growing team.

Mechanical Project Manager Position Overview

You will be responsible for the management of the full project life cycle from start-up, through delivery, to project completion. Ensuring projects are delivered within agreed limits for time, cost and quality.

Your key responsibilities will be the following:

• Business Development
• Develop and Manage Enquiries
• Sub-contractor selection and Management
• Financial Responsibility
• Project Management
• Staff Management
• Health and Safety
• Director Liaison / Support

Mechanical Project Manager Position Requirements

• At least 5 years' experience within a Mechanical Project Manager role
• Electrical projects experience, M&E Experience
• Experience working on a variety of projects, incl. sizes, value etc
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Industry recognised Project Management course (desirable)
• HNC/HND in Building Services Engineering (desirable)
• City & Guilds in either Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (desirable)

Mechanical Project Manager Position Remuneration

• £55,000 - £60,000 DOE
• Ongoing career development plan including the opportunity to grow
