Job description

Our client is based in Thurrock in Essex, they are looking to recruit to a new role in their finance team. You will be working in a team of 12 and training is available for the successful candidate. You will be responsible for :

• Review and process invoices.
• Maintain the shared email inbox.
• Report on weekly payments.
• Work with Management to drive cost and efficiency savings.
• Supplier set up as required.
• Opportunity to get involved and re-engineer the current processes to establish controls and improve efficiency.
• Establish regular communication with suppliers to ensure quarterly reconciliation.

Various ad hoc tasks as required.
This role can offer hybrid working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
The working hours are 9-5.30
Onsite parking is available
