Hays are working with an education establishment that are seeking a dedicated and passionate Youth Worker to join their team in Accrington. This role involves working with primary school-aged children, providing them with a safe and nurturing environment to grow and learn. This is an ongoing temporary role starting after Easter.

What you\'ll need to succeed
In order to be successful in securing this position, recent experience working with children within the last 2 years would be beneficial, for example, in an educational setting or as a support worker. As the schools are recruiting immediately, it would be ideal if you could jump straight into the role, however, do not let this put you off applying, as we are always receiving new roles. SEN experience would also be desirable in this role, however it is not essential as it will depend on the school you are placed in.
What you\'ll get in return
In return, you will get paid a competitive daily rate of up to £13 per hour dependent on experience, and will be joining a successful team where you will be provided with ongoing training and development. You will also join our Hays Refer a Friend Scheme where you could be entitled to receiving £250 in high street vouchers for each successful referral.
