Assistant Manager at the White Bear

We are proud to offer the position of Assistant Manager here at the White Bear 

A beautiful pub nestled on the corner of White Bear Passage, just off the historic Pantiles offering the best in premium food, drinks and service. A cosy pub interior leads to our gorgeous Orangery equipped with a fully retractable roof creating the perfect summer suntrap.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven person to fill the role of AM. You will be working closely both with the team and management to push the White Bear forward and uphold and develop the Premium standards , fabulous drink offering and our great food offer . You will also be working closely with the General Manager and Head chef to expand the profife of the pub through marketing , service excellence, motivating and inspiring the team to exceed our guests expectations

Experience in a management capacity within hospitality is key to thrive in the role .

What we look for in an Assistant Manager:

We are looking for a motivated & experienced Assistant Manager to join and lead our team in our stylish, food focused pub. As the successful Assistant Manager you will have a genuine passion for exceptional customer service and a pro-active approach to team management. You will be enthusiastic & driven to continue the success of our pub and play a pivotal part in training our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers. You will also be someone who is committed to their career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing development to support you as you grow and succeed with us.
