As a Masterclass Tutor, you’ll use your expertise and insider knowledge to design and present a masterclass to inspire international students aged 16‒17 or 18‒24 that will promote their personal or professional development.

Pay and hours: Minimum £32 per hour, equivalent to minimum £80 per masterclass. This is based on 1.5 hrs contact time, and approximately 1 hr additional preparation allowance. Pay bands depend on expertise and relevant experience.

Main duties and responsibilities

• Prepare topics, materials and resources in advance for a group of up to 50.
• Tailor topics and delivery to the student demographic and group size.
• Create a positive, yet challenging learning environment for students to develop their skills.
• Establish and maintain an interactive, productive atmosphere.
• Report any welfare concerns to keep students safe.

Minimum requirements

• Bachelor’s or higher degree
• Excellent at facilitating engaging masterclasses
• Able to adapt to suit the learning needs of young international students
• Right to work in the UK (we cannot sponsor work visas for this role)
