Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT business continuity and disaster recovery plans, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments and business impact analyses to identify critical IT systems and processes.
- Establish recovery objectives and strategies for IT systems and services to minimize downtime and data loss.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment and readiness for business continuity events.
- Test and validate business continuity plans through tabletop exercises, simulations, and drills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Continuity, or related field.
- Proven experience in IT business continuity and disaster recovery, with expertise in planning, testing, and incident response.
- Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Certifications such as CBCP or ITIL are a plus.
