Are you an experienced IFA Administrator looking for a new challenge? Do you have a strong grasp of new business processes? Are you ready to step into a senior support role? If so, we have a unique opportunity for you.

A reputable financial advisory firm are seeking a Senior IFA Administrator to join the team. You will have the chance to work closely with senior advisers and support them in providing a first-class experience to clients. 

Role Responsibilities:

• Processing all aspects of new business 
• Liaise with providers and clients to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
• Book meetings with clients and assist in preparing client meeting packs.
• Handle no change letters and other relevant administrative tasks.
• Fully own the client review process, becoming an integral part of the team.
