Job description
Office Administrator:
· Managing the vehicle fleet, including updating MOT sheet, congestion charge, completing daily fleet checks, FORS Compliance.
· Managing all on and off hires for vehicles, including vehicle transfers.
· Keeping up to date with all office needs, including stationary & cleaning supplies
· Day to Day invoicing to sites.
· H&S Admin.
Transport Coordinator:
· Liaise with sites regarding their transport needs.
· Coordinating with other departments to ensure that all transportation needs are met.
· Maintaining records of deliveries/collections, keeping the system up to date and all files.
· Scheduling drivers’ routes.
· Communicating with sites about their deliveries/collections to ensure that they are aware of any delays in arrival times or issues with their orders.
