Are you highly motivated, have fantastic communication skills and willing to take on a challenge?

Step2 is an early intervention child & adolescent mental health service seeking to recruit an enthusiastic administrator to support a very busy and demanding clinical service.

The Step2 service is a very friendly, supportive and caring team and is looking for a suitable candidate to compliment our team further.

You will be required to be proactive and demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritise work accordingly.

Step2 prides itself on innovation and flexibility and as a result you will need to be able to adapt to administrative/service process changes appropriately.

You will be required to deal with all telephone, mail, email and general enquiries and ensuring that referrals are registered within agreed timescales. You will be responsible for liaising daily with the Step2 clinical and management team as well as other external agencies, parents and carers. You will also be required to deal with complex and sensitive information.

Early vacancy closure is possible for admin and clerical roles.
