Job description

What you will do in your working day

• Work with senior partners to improve internal processes using technology
• Lead projects from design to implementation
• Appraise currently utilised software and provide gap analysis
• Research other software options within the market in order to provide alternatives
• Link on premise to cloud based software
• Interface to software providers to resolve issues and improve quality
• Maintenance of IT environment
• Provide general internal IT assistance and support
• Work with external support team as required.

The training you will be getting

• The degree award is MSc Digital and Technology Solutions Specialist
• Functional Skills in English and Maths, if required
• You will attend Sheffield Hallam University on study block, for a total of 17 days spread over 2 years.
