Job Title: Service Management Consultant
Location: Hybrid, Edinburgh (EH8 area)
Duration: ASAP - 6 months
IR35 Status: Outside
Pay Rate: £250 per day
Join our client's team as a Service Management Consultant and play a crucial role in optimizing their ITIL/Service Management processes!
Responsibilities:
- Audit existing ITIL/Service Management processes and define areas for improvement.
- Translate operational areas for improvement into development demand.
- Lead HR colleagues through readiness steps to embed ServiceNow HR Service Delivery module.
- Document and implement ITSM Quality Assurance within the organization.
- Provide training and coaching for ITSM processes across Digital and associated teams.
- Evangelize the strategic direction of ITIL/Service Management practices.
- Coordinate Major Incidents and contribute to the ServiceNow product roadmap.
- Support and deliver disaster recovery assurance of digital services.
Requirements:
- Operational experience leading Service Management.
- Previous process management and process ownership experience.
- Experience in SLA & reporting set-up.
- ServiceNow developer experience.
- Ability to facilitate Agile requirements gathering.
- Strong teamwork, self-managing, and self-initiative skills.
- Proficient in coaching, collaboration, and communication.
