The Law Firm:
This multi-office regional law firm is now recruiting for an experienced Corporate Solicitor to head up and further develop its Company and Commercial Department.

You will have c7yrs+ PQE and have experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, corporate governance, and all aspects of corporate transactions.
