Job description

Responsibilities:1. Support engineering projects, particularly in electrical and automation, throughout the manufacturing plant to ensure safe, timely, and budget-friendly delivery.

2. Enhance efficiency and safety in electrical and mechanical operations across all sites.

3. Assist in infrastructure maintenance and development plans for both scheduled and unscheduled improvement works.

4. Offer technical support and specifications, including troubleshooting, for automation and PLC projects.

5. Maintain and enhance instrumentation for kiln, dryer, and calcine processes, covering pressure, temperature, humidity, and other monitoring devices.

6. Support the optimisation of process instruments to enhance data monitoring and efficiency using SCADA systems.

7. Strive to maintain and strategically support process data systems such as SCADA systems and digital recorders.

8. Develop and maintain an instrumentation maintenance plan aligned with the site's maintenance management system.

9. Support energy reduction capital investment activities from project feasibility studies and proposal development to installation and post-investment assessment.

10. Provide strategic health and safety, engineering, and maintenance support as needed.

11. Ensure full electrical compliance in all completed work.

12. Offer technical support to ensure process efficiency.
