The ideal candidate will be a problem solver who has excellent communication skills and impeccable attention for detail. The candidate will perform administrative tasks, and provide support to co-workers and customers. An ability to multitask, manage complex schedules, and meet changing deadlines is essential to the position.
The administrator will liaise with sales representatives from our current suppliers to source new products and services at a competitive price to meet revenue goals. The candidate will help organise internal processes to ensure the business runs efficiently by contributing innovative ideas to adjust internal company processes..
Responsibilities
- Responsible for overseeing daily operations in the café such as contacting suppliers, documenting invoices, updating staffing materials.
- Handle emails/telephone queries in relation to business from customers.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes.
- Processing invoices, tracking receipts, inputting expenses and other bookkeeping tasks.
- Endorse the employee handbook and ensure it is kept up-to-date.
- Prepare reports for management regarding café performance and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement policies and procedures.
