Salary Scale: £87 to £105 per day

About the Role:
As a Secondary Teaching Assistant in our
Sheffield schools, you will play a pivotal role in assisting both teachers and students, contributing to a positive and effective learning environment. Expectations:
- Classroom Assistance : Collaborate closely with teachers to provide support during lessons, helping to facilitate a productive learning environment.
- Student Engagement : Encourage student participation and active engagement in the learning process, fostering a passion for education.
- Adaptive Support : Be ready to assist students of varying abilities and across different year groups, offering a diverse and rewarding work experience.
- Progress Monitoring : Work with teachers to monitor and track student progress, providing valuable feedback to support their development.
- Inclusive Education : Promote and maintain an inclusive classroom environment where all secondary school students can succeed.
Requirements:

- Flexibility and adaptability to work with students of different ages and abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
