Job description
Are you an experienced residential conveyancer looking for a new and exciting position? Would you like to join one of the region's most recognised practices? If so, this role could be of interest to you!
Rather than run your own busy caseload, this unique role offers you the chance to manage a variety of cases when the fee earners are on holiday or absent so this ensures that clients receive continuity of service. The role incorporates a wide variety of conveyancing matters but experience of both freehold and leasehold transactions is essential for this role.
You will be organised with a flexible approach to your work, with the added experience of understanding how to pick up a sale, lease or purchase at any stage of the transaction.
