Candidate Requirements:
· Must have previous receptionist experience (front of house)
· Will have worked in professional services environment (solicitors/architects/accountants etc), ideally
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent telephone manner
· Friendly and helpful, yet professional at all times
· Excellent attention to detail
· Must be able to work on own initiative and within a team
Benefits:
· Hours: Wed 1-5pm, Thursday 9-5pm, Friday 9-4.30pm
· Holidays: 25 (will increase per year to 30) pro rata
· Pension: 5% then matched up to 7.5%

Role:
Are you an experienced front of house Receptionist, looking for a part time role (2.5 days, Wednesday pm to Friday), within a professional service environment?
The role is based in North Shields, with excellent links to public transport and parking available too.
Responsibilities will include:-
· To provide a professional and efficient reception service to employees and external visitors
· Responsible for the day-to-day running of the diary for interview rooms
· General administration duties such as contacting clients for appointments and updating client files
· Provide exceptional client service at all times; expected to keep up to date with all relevant organisational training and best practice, to enable this standard to be met
