Job description

Hours and Salary;

• Monday – Friday / 08:30 – 17:00
• £25,000 – £30,000 per annum

Duties also include:

• Own sales automation platform and sales administration.
• To create email snippets and sequences.
• Understand KPI’s for sales campaigns and to analyse ROI.
• To report during weekly sales call on inflow on leads.
• Measuring, analysing and report on sales inbound traffic.
• Supporting the marketing department and product program for customer segmentation.
• To measure, analyse and report on funnel creation and conversion rates for sales ROI and top tier accounts.
• Guiding and providing an input to the marketing department on the CRM and requirements needed to enable better sales.

Requirements:

• Experience in working with CRM systems, sales automation platforms.
• Experience working cross-functionality with sales operations, CRM, IT and Marketing.
• An understanding of Digital Marketing and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Confident user of MS Office.
• Quick decision maker and excellent customer service skills.
• Time management and multitasking skills.
