Job description

Recra are working in partnership with a market managing feet company. Our client is looking for a talented and motivated Mobile Technician to join their dynamic team. As a Mobile Technician, you will play a key role in our client’s success by keeping some of the UK’s biggest brands on the road, responsible for conducting a range of work on customers vehicles.

R esponsibilities:

• Service, maintenance, and repair of diverse fleet of vehicles, including prestige cars, light vehicles, large vans and trailers. Complete vehicle diagnostics and health checks
• Communicate with customer to provide details of required or completed work.
• Working safely and in accordance with Rivus or the customer’s policies and procedures Completing job cards, booking of parts and consumables using our electronic platform.
• Accurately record time and details of completed jobs.
• Keep company provided equipment in good serviceable condition.
• Complete the necessary documentation associated with work completed in line with UK legislation.

Requirements

• City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair Principles or equivalent.
• Must have strong service & repair experience.
• Excellent customer service mindset.
• Great communication skills.
• Ability to work quickly and effectively.
• Proficient fault finding/diagnostic skills.
• Must be hardworking and self-motivated and a productive Technician.
• Computer literate and able to operate Windows based programs.
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Driving licence

A Mobile Technician will undertake service maintenance duties for a defined geographical location.
