As part of the team, you will have exposure to a diverse range of commercial property matters including but not limited to freehold acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases, property finance/lending, and options. To be successful in your application you will: Be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with experience in commercial property. Be commercially aware and have an understanding of the market, its challenges and opportunities. Have excellent communication skills written and orally. Have a sense of initiative and enthusiasm. Able to work well within a team and provide support to other fee-earners as appropriate. Competent IT skills.
