Multiagency teams based on the Family Safeguarding approach is new for Blackpool. It is a holistic, supportive, and strengths-based approach that aims to keep families together.
We know parents and carers can face challenges that make day to day parenting even more difficult, so you will work alongside parents; champion their skills, strengths, motivate and support them to reach their goals.
You will be part of a brand new multi-disciplinary team where you will be supporting families, ensuring that they drive their own plans and are at the centre of everything we do. You will be bringing your expertise to the teams whilst gaining insights from other professionals from mental health, social care, education, housing, recovery and domestic abuse services
