The Interim Head of Finance is responsible for:

• Oversee the preparation of the company's budget and financial reports.
• Implement and maintain financial policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and legislation.
• Provide strategic financial advice to the executive team.
• Manage and mentor a team in the Accounting & Finance department.
• Identify potential risks and opportunities to improve financial performance.
• Handle financial forecasting and cash flow management.
• Work closely with external auditors and stakeholders.
