Litigation Solicitor Job Description

Our client, a Chambers ranked, niche litigation legal practice, is seeking a litigation solicitor to join their team. The successful applicant will focus on litigation and can expect a wide and varied case-load covering civil/commercial litigation and non-legal aid criminal litigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle employment related cases
• Resolve commercial and civil disputes
• Participate in high profile criminal enquiries and FAIs

Requirements

• Prior litigation experience
• Comfortable dealing with clients and appearing in court
• Keen to develop a career in litigation
